 We play percussion instruments from all over the world!

 

 

 

 

So, members are welcome to bring along any other instrument that clicks, clacks, thumps, dooms, tingles, jangles or sizzles!

We placed second in the Hawkesbury City Eisteddfod in August 2009 and will compete again in 2011 !

We would like to thank the community, our families and friends for their support and love as we put on our first concert and enjoyed such a success!
The next concert will be a combined effort with four other Hawkesbury Choirs and the Macquarie Towns Orchestra on December 4th at the Memorial Hall at Richmond UWS Campus. …..Watch this space
Text Box: Over 100 Hawkesbury performers  dazzled us with songs from stage and screen!
Choirs, orchestra, bands, dancers, harpist, bagpipers and more helped raise funds for our community choir and also the victims of the Haiti Earthquake!

Not New Years Eve!

We also combine with other choirs and our local musicians; the Macquarie Towns Orchestra

From our humble beginnings singing on the back of a truck at the Rally to Save Australiana Village in 2009...we were invited back to sing on Australia Day Jan 26th, 2011,  for the

Reopening of Australian Pioneer Village.

 

There was fun with music, food, races, competitions and demonstrations.

People celebrated in true Aussie style in Pioneer Costumes!

This year we entered the Hawkesbury City Eisteddfod and came 2nd again! We took our prize money out to lunch!

Text Box: We also sang for the Community Appreciation Christmas Party at Windsor Function Centre in early December.

Now the Choir prepares for the Not New Years Eve concerts at Sydney Opera House on December 27th and 28th. This year it promises to be another wonderful show and we sing in a dozen or more pieces. Tickets available from the Opera House!
